Returns (must be within 14 days of original purchase):
For all merchandise purchased by phone or online at boastusa.com, we will issue a full refund (less your original shipping cost) within 14 days of purchase so long as a receipt is provided. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or undamaged for full refund.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. You will be charged shipping if you return merchandise for which you originally received free shipping.
Refunds will be made in form of original payment.
An exchange will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged. Please refer to boastusa.com or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure that the merchandise you desire is still available.
How to Return:
Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding returning any merchandise. Thereafter, please send the merchandise back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Any shipping cost you incur to return the merchandise to us will not be refunded. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund (less our original shipping cost) as you instruct, provided the merchandise is unworn, unwashed or undamaged.
